A Cheesy Experience
Chef Jason Anderson was raised in Kansas City where he learned to appreciate culinary's finer cuisine - none other than KC BBQ of course. After attending culinary school and spending some time in Florida, not knowing what was next - he headed north to Alaska for a season working on the railroad. Jason tried to leave after the season, but Alaska just kept drawing him back until he "settled down" in Anchorage more permanently working and learning from well respected local restaurants and kitchens, never feeling quite complete with his career journey. He began to set his sights on his next venture: a food truck.
In 2020, with the support of some incredible friends and the local industry family, Chef Jason launched his dream. We can't help but end on a cheesy note. Thanks to all for your continued support and belief in the vision to make this dream a reality.
